Claim Policy Agreement

All claims must be reported in writing within (7) seven days after the garment was picked-up or noticed missing by filling out a Cameo Cleaners Service Form. The Service Form must be accompanied with original dry cleaning and or laundry receipts.

Without proper receipts, (10) ten times the cost of the cleaning will be reimbursed in Store Credit. No cash is given for reimbursement. Store Credit or a Check will be mailed if reimbursement is justified at the depreciated value of the garment.

Due to depreciation of garments Cameo Cleaners uses International Fabricare Institute Fair Claims Guide for reimbursement. After reimbursement is given the item(s) then become the sole property of Cameo Cleaners and will not be returned.

All claims reported will be settled within (3) three weeks (21 days) after Cameo Cleaners Service Form is completed and all proper receipts are attached. Cameo Cleaners is not responsible for garments left for over 90 (ninety) days.
